Previous Experience
I completed my clinical internship in Saskatoon, SK, working with both children and adults in health and community settings. I have taught at the university level and worked in a university student counselling setting. I have had ongoing contact with the Canadian Forces and recently was employed in a Mental Health Center working with military members. I have worked in private practice since 2000, both in Belleville (ON) and Nepean.

Type and cost of services provided
Individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, $160/hour. Areas of focus may include depression, anxiety, behaviour management and parenting strategies, anger awareness, family of origin issues, and current life stressors. I use a cognitive behavioural approach and have also completed training in EMDR.

Psychological and psychoeducational assessments for school age children and young adults.  Assessments total approximately $1800.00 and include a written report.  Assessment questions may include cognitive strengths/weaknesses, ADHD, learning disabilities, memory and executive functioning.

Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Debit.  Also a registered Blue Cross and VA provider.
