I have worked over 28 years in a variety of public and private settings providing psychotherapy and social work services to adults, families, youth and children. I have worked for the past 15 years on a part-time basis in a school setting where I provide intervention, counselling, support and consultation to school personnel, students and parents and perform psych-social assessments. I deal with issues of abuse, neglect, family violence, school anxiety, depression , parent-child conflict, and mental health issues.

Type and cost of services provided
In my private practice which began in 1993 I primarily work with an adult population and specialize in relationship issues, separation and divorce, grieving , transition and loss, depression, anxiety, family and parenting issues. Counselling centered around parent/child /adolescent conflict is of strong interest. I have a particular interest in working with young and adult women around issues of self esteem, personal growth and relationships.

I provide individual, couple and family counselling/psychotherapy.
